The Dytran 3211A series is a lightweight IEPE accelerometer, designed for applications where 360° cable orientation and a low profile design are critical.
Available with a 10 mV/g up to 100 mV/g sensitivity, 3211A series incorporates a ceramic shear crystal sensing element for high natural frequency, packaged in a rugged titanium housing. Units are case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
The model 3211A series features a 10-32 radial connector and #8 or M4 thread screw mounting capabilities. The miniature thru hole design allows for the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of installation. Units incorporate low noise JFET electronics and are hermetically sealed for reliable performance in high humidity and dirty environments.
