The Dytran models 3225M36/37 is an ultra miniature teardrop low profile IEPE accelerometer with a sensitivity of 5 mV/g up to 10 mV/g and IEEE 1451.4 TEDS capabilities, designed to adhesively mount in spaces typically inaccessible to other types of accelerometers. The sensor has an overall height of 0.22-inches (5.6-millimeters) and weighs just 0.85 grams.
Featuring a quartz shear sensing element in a lightweight titanium housing, the model 3225M36/37 utilizes a specially designed 3-56 coaxial connector, mating with a 20-foot (6-meter) replaceable coaxial cable and terminating to a 10-32 plug.
