CS30 - Description

The Coretec integrated servo press features a ball screw drive mounted on a custom collar load cell for force feedback. The repeatable force, displacement and speed control facilitated by the compact controller performs in process verification, providing added benefits such as early failure detectionand scrap reduction.

Don't settle with simple displacement and speed control or tolerate motor current draw approximation.

In addition to superior control,the integrated load cell and encoder can be used to perform Force vs. Distance Signature Analysis, with included PC software for Visualization and Data Collection.

This space-saving design and minimum mounting pitches allow for multi-axis press fitting with less installation time. Over time servo presses will provide cost savings compared to hydraulic presses, as there is less power, and less items to maintain.

Each press is "intelligent", and easily interchangeable when scheduled maintenance is required.

The press tool is equipped with a CPU enabling it to store items such as model numbers and load values in on board memory, thereby eliminating controller mismatch errors.

A specialized language for the servo press has been developed that permits description of complicated motions equivalent to robotic control systems.

The auto program generation provides examples based on your application, with comments generated. Application support will be provides as part of the system supplied by A-Tech Instruments Ltd.
