The MFL 400 is a proven workhorse, operating on Mass Flow Principle for leak testing. The Electronic Pressure Regulation ensures accurate test pressure control, while the high accuracy flow sensor decreases test time and minimizes errors. The MFL 200 is available for both internal pressure test, as well as negative pressure vacuum tests.
Internally the no-leak valves ensure that system leak does not skew results. Temperature Compensation allows for testing even in the face of varying temperatures.
The ability for the MFL 400 to control JWF external valves allows us to provide complete systems with Cavity Selection and Automatic Leak Mastering capabilities.
The 6.5" colour display is powered by an integrated full windows based PC and the HMI. This allows for full data and curve visualization, with ability to customize for different test sequences.
Full networking capabilities allow for storage to servers and databases such as QDAS and QualityWorks, with interfaces already provided for simple integration.
