The Piezoelectric Force Transducer KF24 is designed for dynamic measurement of both tensile and compression forces, ideal for various testing environments. This transducer features a charge output, requiring no external power for operation. It boasts high sensitivity and excellent resolution, ensuring precise force measurements.
Key specifications include a voltage sensitivity of 200 mV/N and a charge sensitivity of 300 pC/N, with a sensitivity tolerance of 20%. It can handle a compression force of up to 2000 N and a tensile force up to 300 N. Its capacitance without cable is 1000 pF, and it exhibits a rigidity of 4 nm/N. The natural frequency of the transducer is 40 kHz, suitable for high-speed applications.
The KF24 operates effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C and is lightweight at 20 grams without the cable. The coupling mass is 5 grams, and it is encased in stainless steel for durability and resistance to environmental factors. The transducer offers radial connector direction with a standard UNF10-32 connector and includes options for mounting with 2 x M5.
