The QDCM miniature quick disconnects provide reliable pneumatic connections for pressure scanning tubing. Small size makes them ideal for wind tunnel, automotive and flight test applications. Seal integrity and reliability is achieved through the combination of stainless steel nut, silicone gasket and high quality machined threads.
Locator pins ensure proper alignment which makes the unit compatible with many previously manufactured parts from other supplier’s locations. They are also valuable for pretest checkout of an individual module prior to implementation within the system network.
They utilize stainless steel bulged tubes which are compatible with 0.040", nominal inner diameter pressure tubing, are available in 19, 31, 36 and 55 port units.
